a letter to Dawn....
Hi, Dawn,
I think you will be reading some of my posts during this week so I wanted to have a letter for you.
Let's say that i had a lot of problems and I struggled and still struggle with a lot of thoughts.
I know some of the things I have written here are not always so standard or usual.
and I am afraid you might think me a heretic and an extremist of a sort especially knowing you are a mennonite.
But I believe in God and believe in Jesus Christ and I believe that the Holy Spirit works in us all.
I am trying to work out a lot of thoughts that originated with the voices and some of the ideas that were rather given by them I do admit may even be heretic.
It does not mean that I necessarity take the thoughts I have confessed here as my deep beliefs.
I hold the Bible to be the true source of writings from God and I will and shall guide myself by the Bible.
If you feel uncomfortable reading some of the thoughts and feel you want to see why I have written them, ask me and I might have an explanation for you.
I will not insist that you should read anything that makes you uncomfortable.
It had not always been my intention that I write about these matters and thoughts but i felt I should rather confess them as making a confession to God and the world.
I shall work on these thoughts and right them in the contexts of the bible....in time.
I promise.
I want to thank you for your friendship in church for it makes me feel even more welcome to a church that has already welcomed me warmly.
I want to thank you for your frienship because it is a rare acquaintance I have come upon in the present days and I treasure it.
Most of my writings I do believe may be quite kosher as you might put it so I do hope you will enjoy.
I want to thank you for taking interest in my blogand hope your week goes by smoothly and happily in the blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ !!
Sincere,
you gin.
